Manual lamination

Manual lamination

It is a classic method of manually laying, where the gel coat is applied to a cleaned mould. Individual layers of glass reinforcement are gradually applied to the polymerized gel coat, which are then soaked in resin.

RTM technology

RTM technology

RTM technology - injection moulding, belongs to machine technologies, which are suitable for complex and precise products in larger batches. It is carried out in closed moulds and the resin is fed into the mould cavity using mixing and feeding equipment. Special glass reinforcement is applied.

Lamination under foil

Lamination under foil

This technology is similar to the RTM technology in basic features however the difference consists in replacing the top part of the mould by a foil (or by a shell). This method is intended for larger components which should meet stricter strength criteria.Higher quality of the back side and higher productivity compared with the hand lay up lamination method are other benefits.

Prepreg technology

Prepreg technology

It uses prepregs for the production of composites – or machine pre-impregnated fabrics. By using these materials, a high quality product is created with a very low density and favourable mechanical properties.

Vacuum moulding thermoplastics

Vacuum moulding thermoplastics

Vacuum moulding is a technology of thermal processing thermoplastics. The production process is based on the fastening of pre-cut sheets or foils into the frame of the vacuum press, heating it to the temperature for shaping and then shaping the part using vacuum.

Robotic manufacturing

Robotic manufacturing

Perfectly precise 5-axis machining of parts made of fibreglass, sandwich panels and other composite materials on modern CNC machining centres equipped with a flexible machining head with variable cutting speeds.
