Composite materials consist of multiple components. The basic, bearing component is a binding material, which binds the composite; usually a synthetic resin on a polyester or epoxide basis is used. The matrix is made of fibrous material that is soaked by the binding. The way of soaking and binding the composite compound determine various technologies of composite fabrication. One of the often used terms is the sandwich, which is a multi-layer composite bound by means of the synthetic foam core. Such a construction is advantageous because of its low mass, high strength, and insulation and sound absorption capabilities.

High-quality materials supplied by the Reichhold CZ, Vertex, Polyvia Nova, Koral and Senoplast companies are used for product fabrication. Thanks our experience and long tradition, we are able to meet challenging criteria resulting from specific customer requirements, such as.:

We can make tools specified by the 2-D and 3-D drawing documentation or based on a submitted sample using the modern manual technology of CNC machining. We make use of AutoCAD 2000 and SolidWorks 2004 applications and we work with *.igs, *.dwg, *.dxf, *.prt, *.sldprt and other file formats. Model manufacturing takes usually 2 to 4 weeks, this time is about half when converting an existing product into a model. Manufacturing moulds are finished in 2 to 4 weeks after the model has been created. We are capable of providing the manufacturing tools for all technologies we use and also for external customers.
